Water helps to dilute toxins in the blood for elimination through the kidneys. Drinking enough water helps your kidneys to function better and makes an enormous difference to how you feel, for starters, you will feel more energized throughout the day.
It does help to keep a bottle on your desk, thirst and hunger are often confused, the next time you feel 'hungry' take a sip of your water, this is a great health habit to make.
Eat the right foods.
Be sure to eat the 'big five superfoods' each day. Superfoods are foods that hit all the right health buttons. They are packed with nutrients and antioxidants and are free from too much natural sugar.
